You must only use this service to monitor devices belonging to your own minor children for whom you are the legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding monitoring and privacy.
You must inform your child that this monitoring software is installed on their device. The app displays monitoring status to the child at all times. Covert surveillance without the child's knowledge is not supported or endorsed.
The service collects call recordings, messaging data, and device information from monitored devices. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts used for illegal purposes, unauthorized surveillance, or any use that violates these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
